Boot Camp times are: MWF at 5:30am, 9:30am and 5:30pm.

There is no prerequisite for our Boot Camp just show up for your first class about 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. Our Boot Camp classes are structured to help you meet varied fitness goals such as weight loss, strength and conditioning, stamina and endurance, flexibility and coordination. It is an awesome way to obtain general overall fitness. Boot Camp’s format emphasizes body-weight exercises but may also include kettlebells, wall balls, sand bags and dumb bells. Running and jumping rope is often seen here too. A myriad of exercises put into a variety of combinations that differ for each workout means you get muscle confusion for better fitness results AND you never get bored! Many people ask us what is the difference between our Boot Camp and CrossFit classes. The easiest answer would be: Boot Camp is very similar to CrossFit but without barbells! Class lasts 45-60 minutes. The group environment encourages friendly competition, camaraderie, and support. Bring a water bottle and small towel because you will need both by the time you are finished!
