Boot Camp

See yourself achieve measurable goals surrounding body fat loss and lean muscle gains. Our boot camp program is designed to help individuals on their way to getting stronger and fitter utilizing functional fitness moves that rely on their own body weight rather than a bunch of equipment. Designed and led by Coach Jacob, this six week program offers a great mid ground between traditional group fitness and CrossFit movements.

We offer two levels of participation tailored to help you meet your individual goals:

Basic Boot Camp – Registration includes an initial One-on-One meeting with Coach Jacob, bi-weekly InBody scans (3x per 6 week session) and 18 total body workouts 3x per week (Mon, Wed, Fri) in 6 week sessions.

Boot Camp Plus – Registration includes an initial One-on-One meeting with Coach Jacob and 18 total body workouts 3 times per week (Mon, Wed, Fri), bi-weekly InBody scans with consult (3x per 6 week session) combined with nutrition coaching with Coach Kyrsten to fully support your health and fitness goals.
