Emily is a Registered, Licensed Dietitian. Emily found a passion for nutrition through her own personal experiences with weight loss and learning how to eat well. She has worked with a variety of different populations in the community from all backgrounds which has provided her a broad understanding of unique challenges individuals face when it comes to their health. Emily found CrossFit Wichita when she moved home after earning her degree at Kansas State University and it wasn’t long before she started working with athletes one on one.
